Edward Paltzik received a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School after graduating with Distinction in All Subjects from Cornell University. He has represented clients in a wide variety of state and federal cases involving both civil and criminal matters. Mr. Paltzik has tried numerous cases, including serving as the lead trial attorney in the Buck Foston’s First Amendment litigation against the City of New Brunswick and its officials. In addition to specializing in constitutional and commercial litigation, Mr. Paltzik also represents whistleblowers under the federal False Claims Act.
He is admitted to practice in New York State and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
